Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do. Go through the checkout process for a cost calculation to your location.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes. The best way to do this is to go through the checkout twice and buy a single product each time. You can then connect them together by using the one GroupID.

How long does delivery take?

Typically if you are in Canada, you can expect your order within 5-10 business days.

Delivery within the US will usually be between 2-5 days.

Overseas delivery is typically quick, but can take a bit longer. Feel free to reach out to us and we can try and give you more clarity about your specific location.

Warranty & Refund Questions

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All our products come with a 12-month warranty. If your product doesn't work as intended then please reach out and we'll replace it for free. You can also purchase a lifetime warranty at checkout if this is something that you would like.

Can I return my item if I'm not happy?

Yes we have a 30-day money back guarantee! We're confident you will love your product, but if not you can return it to us within 30 days of purchasing for a full refund or replacement.

What is the max distance for Friendship Lamps?

There is no max distance!  These lamps connect right across Canada and around the whole world! All you need is an internet connection and you can connect two or more Friendship Lamps to the one group.

Is there an app?

Yes! You can manage dim time, set colors, manage your group, set sleep timers and lots lots more.

Can Friendship Lamps be used overseas?

Absolutely! Our Friendship Lamps will work anywhere. Simply plug in the lamp to a USB power adapter and connect it to your wifi and away you go!

Are Friendship Lamps difficult to use?

Not at all. Friendship Lamps are super simple and can be used with the tap of a button.

Setup is easy too! Just download our app and follow the basic setup guide to connect your lamp.

You can use the app to manage settings on your lamps, like color, dimming time, brightness, sleep timers and more!

How many lamps can I connect?

You can connect as many long distance Friendship Lamps to your group as you like; there is no limit to the number of lamps that can connect to a single Group ID. We have entire families with dozens of members spread around the world using these lamps.

Can I connect my Friendship Lamp to the Infinity Lamp?

Yes absolutely! Our LuvLink™ range are compatible with each other. Tap your Friendship Lamp and your friends Infinity lamp will light up too.

Do I need to have power adapters for different countries?

No, you don’t. Our lamps all connect via USB, so all you need is a unique power adapter with a USB port and you’ll be set with these lamps.

How many color options are there?

There are unlimited color options for you to pick from within the app. Otherwise you can simply hold down the touch button and scroll through the colors to make your selection.

How much storage does the device have?

The device comes with 16GB of built-in storage, which is more then enough to store 1000s and 1000s of photos!

Are the photos stored on the cloud?

No, the photos are only located on the device. You can back up the photos with a SD card.

Are there any ongoing costs?

No, there are no ongoing costs or subscriptions to use the Connected Photo Frame.

Is it difficult to use?

No. You can setup the photo frame in a matter of minutes and then using it is incredibly easy. Just wait for photos to come in and the scroll through them as you like :).

Do I need a phone or computer?

You don't need a computer or phone to use the device. If you are sending photos then you'll need to download the Frameo app on your IOS or Android phone.

Can I have it landscape or portrait?

Yep! You can place the device either way, and the photos will adjust to suit :).

What type of phone is needed to send photos?

Pretty much any smart phone is supported. Just download the Frameo app from the Google Play Store or the Apple Store.
