Where we are, and when you’ll hear back
Delivery
Orders ship from CA stock. Local delivery within Canada typically takes 3–7 business days. International delivery takes 7–30 business days. Free standard shipping on Friendship Lamps, with no minimum spend. On everything else, standard shipping is calculated at checkout from your address. You get tracking as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Response time
We answer every message within 24 hours on business days. Tickets logged over a weekend are picked up on Monday morning.
Returns
Don’t post anything back before you hear from us — start it through the contact form and we’ll tell you where to send it. Items returned without an approved request can’t be accepted.
